Wet Rocks

The bright green color on the rock at the left is a sign of native copper being present. That piece came from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan…in Copper Country…near Michigan Tech where I graduated in 1963. The rest of the stones were gathered more recently from the shores of Lake Superior. Now, they all reside near our back porch and were still wet from a passing shower. I collect rocks. Always have, always will.
