Start with a clean and neat kitchen. Add three ladies focused on making a Fiesta Chicken supper, fancy feet, wine, pots and pans, fresh ingredients, and a nicely made salad. Everyone helped. Including me as clean-up man.

Wonderful photo essay! I like “the cook reflected” in the middle photo. Nicely put together- both the salad and the photo essay. One thing though. The black and white is perfect for the essay, except I think the last photo should be full fiesta color 🙂
I thought about the last photo. bring on color. Unfortunately I set the camera BW filter to make them all and couldn’t go otherwise. I was experimenting. Win some lose some. Thanks for the comments.
