One of my most memorable photo trips was visiting Monument Valley in 2009, located along the Arizona-Utah border. The iconic sandstone formations seen there have been photographed millions of times, and have provided background scenery for hundreds of Hollywood western movies. I have fond memories of the day we were there, and felt it important to go back in time to take a look at what I saw to share here.

Inspirational! Gonna go camping out there on the way to Montana.
Highly recommended place. Utah is loaded. Had plans to go but didn’t.
As usual great images. We are planning to go out there and do a big West swing after we retire. Not sure if I told you but we bought a little travel trailer. Making YouTube videos of some of our adventures. Check them out let me what you think. The channel name is “Foto pod adventures”
Outstanding You Tube videos. So nice to see you and family having so much joy. I’ll pass along to Dan Schroeder. Thanks!
