Here is a colorful mix of springtime vegetation and (what I believe) is a Fledgling Coopers Hawk that made a recent visit to our backyard.
Bleeding Heart flowers get their name from the obvious shape of their blooms. This plant gets larger each year. Flowers stay in bloom for only a few weeks. and then there’s the Hawk I mentioned.
And more colorful views.
You know your photography is good when the professional has a hard time picking the best one. Winner winner chicken dinner on all of them
Haha. Thanks. Appreciate your comments. After all, I learned much from you. Haven’t heard “winner, winner, chicken dinner” since I was a kid.
Oh wow I love this hawk photo. You can tell he’s hunting for sure! Lovely photos so vibrant. 🙂
