Here in SW Virginia at this time of year, farmers are harvesting hay, rolling it up in bales, to be hauled and stacked under cover, to sustain their livestock over the Winter. Yesterday, I finally saw the photo opportunities I had been seeking for the past few weeks … a view that combined hay bales with changing vegetation colors. Add a great, moody sky as a bonus.

Nice moody images. I’ve got a photography weekend coming up. One of the places I’m going is the place that I took you Ha ha Tonka state park.
