I like this photo composition because it has “feeling.” The bright colored flag and lamp pole leads my eyes to the fallen leaves on the sidewalk and yard, with fog in the background. When I look at it I can “feel” the dampness in the air.
The fog itself is the subject in the photo below. As you can see, the trees in our backyard are mostly bare of leaves.
